The Way Lubricant X high performance product range is formulated with highly refined paraffinic base stocks and inactive sulphur extreme pressure and anti-wear additive technologies.

This high performance formulation delivers outstanding extreme pressure and wear protection to metal processing equipment. Way Lubricant X prevents wear and stick-slip problems though the application of a high strength oil film coating，which delivers maximum lubrication to flat surfaces sliding under heavy load.

The Way Lubricant X range comprises the following high performance lubricants:

• Way Lubricant X 100

• Way Lubricant X 220

• Way Lubricant X 320

Reduced environmental impact

Way Lubricant X lubricants are completely chlorine-free formulations，and offer high-level protection against rust and corrosion damage to slideways and critical metal processing equipment components.

These high performance lubricants deliver exceptional lubricity between metal and plastic surfaces，and will not wash off surfaces if in the presence of emulsifable cutting fluids. Way Lubricant X s high-level adhesion and wetting performance also ensures that this highly durable lubricant remains in place even on vertical surfaces.

Applications and approvals

• Way Lubricant X oils are recommended for the lubrication of slide rails and guidings of machines and tools，used for precision work.

• Way Lubricant X 68 is suitable for most metal working machines with horizontal slideways and for light applications. Way Lubricant X 68 is approved against Cincinnati Milacron P-47.

• Way Lubricant X 100，X 220 and X 320 are applied in more severe applications and for machines with vertical slideways. Way Lubricant X 220 is approved against Cincinnati Milacron P-50.

Way Lubricant X series can be used in applications requiring the following performance levels:

• Afnor E                        60-200

• US Steel                     224
